it's called a rubstrip/body moulding, door protector. every manufacturer has a different name for it. try fcpgroton.com or vlvworld.com

have you tried a local junk yard. no need to pay full price from the dealership. if not, try vandsautodismantlers.com they are a nationwide junkyard for volvos and saabs.

If you haven't found it yet try to get in touch with vlvworld.com. I know they stock that part for the 2001 S60, and I'm sure they have it for the S80. Unfortunately, they're not the best at keeping their web pages up to date. I'm sure if you contact them they can get ahold of the part.

Volvo calls it Trim Moulding

For your 2000 T6
The part # is

Back LH 9485751 or 9154755
Back RH 9485752 or 9154756

Google Volvo Orange County,
I found them very helpful and will help with part identification
also found their prices very good and they ship to pretty much anywhere.
