Hey,

I'm a grad student and my 960 is finally showing his age and is on the 'downward slope' as put by my mechanic so I'm looking around for another car. Currently I've been looking around for something reliable and some other volvo forums kind of scared me away from the 2001+ Volvo V70s and XC70s, yet I've heard a few good things about the 1998 Volvos. So... are the 1998 Volvos good? My 960 hasn't been the greatest in terms of reliability and I REALLY need a reliable car for the next round, so should I give a Volvo another go or should I be running off to a toyota or a honda or something?
