Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to upgrade a volvo v40 from 1999

To this. Specially the lights. The grill would be nice to :-)

yes you can :57: the lights i believe have a differnt fitting at the rear but can be adapted if get them with the lights you buy.

grill i believe is a staright swop.

bumpers do but need some ajustment to the bumper panel underneath (big metal bar) as these are differnt size but can be made to fit with a tweak or 2 :57:

indicators i believe you need to change the wings as they dont fit if want the newer ones

so i was told anyway :thumbsup:

The bumper is the same the only difference is smoked markers and colour coded strips all around(along with the base of the mirrors). Get some T4 headlights and then adapt the wiring for the headlights to work correctly(there are guides about for doing it). The grill is a straight swap too and can be bought from online retailers.

Both cars shown are phase 1 cars if you were wondering.
