I have a 2002 xc70. I also have a couple of motorcycles I'd like to tow in an aluminum trailer, but some say that, at 2000 pounds, and thru western mountains, it will hurt the Automatic transition.
Any comments to that?

make sure you get an additional tranny oil cooler. that is most important item to keep the tranny from overheating. other than that, have fun.
