Cleaned throttle body-filthy with carbonized oil-washed it in kero-came up ok. adjusted the butterfly and switches, adjusted air bleed screw almost home for even running-I think the b'fly is just slightly open, but I'll check later. Adj'd the linkage. check induction leaks-none, checked injectorsfor nozzle leaks-none, air filter new, #2 inlet tappet <0.020"-all others within tollerance. Measured resistance of each injector - consistent 15 Ohms each-meter some error- good enough. O rings on injectors-seating and supply were all ok, none hard. Reset EMU by disconnect battery:result==better running, more power, and seemingly better economy,for which I'll report back a precise figure when I've burned the 20L I put in this morning. I'm hoping for at least 170km, anything near 200km will just be fantastic.
