HELP! New alternator, new battery, new battery terminals.. and for some reason the battery light still comes on when the car is turned off.. so we take off the negative battery terminal when the car is not in use.. ok.. well the battery still doesn't charge! PLEASE HELP!! Im a total novice and dont have the money to take it to a shop...

well when I got home tonight I was going to take it to the Auto Parts Store for them to check the battery and alternator. Well Once I put the negative terminal back on, the car wouldn't start at all! It turns over and cranks and cranks and cranks, but will not start. It seems like it is one thing after another with this car. I am starting to think that I should just give up and sell it AS IS... please help. Anything anyone can do would be greatly appriciated!!! :clap:
