anyone out ther know how to get a diagram of the turbo set up and line conections? i have a hanes book but it does not get in detail of the turbo set up. i recently installed a double sequential blow off valve to the set up, and will be installing a manual boost control valve. i am experiencing some early pressure release due to the stock valve working etheir before or during others cycle. and turning up the wastegate for more boost? need that info! please somebody help me! and what is the deal with the 500hp plus 850s in the UK? mine dynoed at 327hp, stock fire, stock intercooler, and stock intake. just exaust work, tune, and slight maping, but what is the formula for that UK beast? i just love my sleeper.

If you run a search in this section, you'll find a pic that i posted on the vacuum hoses, and where they go to.

If you're already on MBC, i dont advice you to turn the wastegate as well. Between the 2, i prefer the MBC.

As for the blow-off Valve, i've seen 2 kinds of setup. One where the BOV was installed at the metal hose on top the engine block (near the top engine mounting) and the other where the plastic air hose to the intercooler (near the battery). I think both works fine.

thanks for the response!!! i tried both set ups but i found that the pressure was opened a little too soon on the plastic pipe. it holds more boost on the metal pipe. but how do you cut off the stock bypass valve. only need one right?

Dont want to risk my gearbox and my engine block.
I love power but not THAT much.

Yes, just one is enough. But remember to weld shut or buy the close-down plate to the original CBV.

To weld it, send it to a welder, and tell him to cut through and all. Explain to him everything heneeds to know. Its a 2-hour job, max.
