All depends what hp you are looking for, and how much you want to spend.

Downpipe/exhaust and intake should be done on a turbo. Don't know about the C70, but on the R the intercooler is inefficient, so that might be something to look into before any turbo upgrade.

Check sites like IPD, EST, BSR.

start with a stage 0 tune, then work on up from there. you also know that once you add power, you have to mod the suspension and the brakes to handle the added power. i think that there is a post in here somewhere that lists what is involved with getting to stage 0 and the next stages after that. good luck and post some before and after pics.
