Hi! I've '91 460 turbo and in the back spoiler there is a space that i think that is for an aditional bracking light. is There a way to put a brake light in the spoiler? how do i wire it?
I'm asking this because i have a friend who says it is complicated because the light sensor would enter in conflit if i put another bracking light.

go to the junk yard and find a car like yours with a spoiler that has the brake light, then just move from one car to the other. no conflict. they work together. or, get a led light panel the same size and mount it in and run the wires down. but easier with a light from another volvo like yours.

If you already have a centre light in your rear window, wire it to that one.

You may well find a connection somewhere for that centre light, which would make things easy for you.

nah... i didn't find anything. but from the wiring diagrams i found that it is connected to the bulb failure detector. So, does anyone know where is the bulb failure detector (the one for the rear lights) ?
Thxs for your help.
