Does anybody know how to replace the low beam bulb for the driver's side?

It is really tight in that spot with tubes and the air filter housing taking all the room. I can't get my hand in there to pop off the cap let alone remove and install.

Please advise. (One of several frustrations already with this car that I've had for just over a year)

Attached ImageHi,
You need to remove air filter(see picture in attached file). It has 3 pins. You have to squeeze one that is close to right side and pull air filter up than to left. done!
Good luck!

Hello,

Spent the better part of a Saturday a couple weeks back accessing the bulb. Finally succeeded, replaced it, still not working. Any ideas? The fuse is good too.

The Volvo bulb I took out is H11 55W, which is what I bought from the Canadian Tire (H11-55). Both indicate 12V. However the one I took out has 64211 written on it, the replacement says 53110. Does this mean they're incompatible? Anybody know? Incidentally, the bulb I took out looks pretty good, the coil filament looks rough in texture but not broken or otherwise visibly burnt.

Thanks in advance.
