I just bought a K reg 940 Wentworth saloon, the tyre sizes are 185 x 65, are these standard sizes and if so what should the tyre pressures be?

for the uk yes they are. Personally i find 35psi in all four for me yeilds the best performance fromt he way i drive.

Thuogh i am aware that its usually 26 at the front and 28 at the rear.

Tyre pressures can have a severe effect on your mpg and handling. the recommended guide is i think the best all rounder.

I would suggest starting at 28 all round and see how you go from there.
