My 88 240 has a rough idle and i have tried cleaning the flame trap. I foung some holes in the intake hose but i got it fixed.I tried to check the timing and it was way high, like 30ish. i cant seem to figure how to adjust this. im out of ideas

88 is the last year you can adjust the timing by rotating the position of the distributor.
