Hi. I searched the forums and I did not find my problem.

My RTI system was going out and back in again several times: the map was disappearing when passing from an area to the next, and so on... like it was not reading the DVD well.

I know of course that DVD and the lens get covered by the dark dust of the city traffic, and an evening, with grat care, I cleaned the disk.
After putting it back into the reader, the RTI system went off, displaying the usual message "not able to read the disk..."
And it didn't change from this position.

I cleaned the lens with a disk cleaner (not a volvo one, but usual)
I checked the disk that has some very light skratch but radial and bearly noticeable...

Do somebody know tricks or other suggestion to check RTI before going on a Volvo garage?
