1999 V70 AWD XC runs great and slightly above midway on temp gauge - except when climbing hills on freeway, the temp rises just 2 notches below red on temp gauge. As soon as level ground reached, it comes down within 10-20 seconds.

Antifreeze is clean and right level on overflow - not sure of ratio to water. Oil is new and full. Thanks
