Hi all, I'm new to the forum, and having problems with my 99 S40 2.0, I noticed one of the headlights wasn't on so I went and bought a new bulb, fitted this and no difference, it seems the old bulb was fine too, when I moved the plug around (at the back of the bulb where the connections are) I heard the sound of a motor kicking in, then stopping, I'm assuming it was the height adjuster motor, something is wrong! Does anyone know of anything that may be at fault,

thanks in advance,
Steve :57:

Might want to check if the pigtail to the headlight is bad - very common for those to get hot and melt due to that they are on ALL the time while driving.
