Drives: Volvo 740 Wagon Turbo intercooler
Status: OFFLINE
when accelarating or at high speed, the turbo indicator goes (high) on yellow area, thick black smoke (not oil) comes out of exaust. can this be:
1- turbo
2- converter
3- engine electric
4- or something else.
Turbo works ok at low speed, spark plugs and distributer cap are new.

Check Vaccum lines,turbo lines, black smoke means running rich.
