Hi There
I want to replace my power steering pump on my 98 V70 AWD. I checked my Haynes manual on the subject, and they recommend to take it to a dealer because of the "special tools needed to transfer both the reservoir and pulley".
Has anybody ever done this? If so, what tools did you need? I have a pulley puller which I've used to pull pressed on crank pulley's on hondas. Can't I just use that? What about the reservoir, what special tools might I need to transfer that to the new pump?
Thanks for any feedback.
