Drives: 1999 Volvo S80 TDI AUTO

I am using 225/45/17 wheel and tyres, but I found the noise is much louder than when I was using 215/55/16. Any suggestion about a low noise tyres? Michelin ? Bridagestone? but look this website

it said the best one is Kumo. Who knows this? Is it famous?
