Has anyone here had to replace or knows how to remove the climate control panel to replace what seems to be one bulb? Left side lights up fine, center and right temp control does not light up.

Any help on how to remove this panel without doing damage would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a guy that did it without disconnecting the power (avoid any chance of damaging the ECC)
