hi all

today i pulled the dash apart and refitted an fm modulator

after rebuilding i had a srs airbag service error after about 5 seconds of car ignition being on
so i stripped the car apart again but could not find a problem all plugs seemed to be back in etc

does this car check every time you start it up or is it just an error that has been logged and needs to be reset ?

is it because i still had the battery connected and i need to get it reset ??

i obnly disconnected interior lights in the glove box, the airbag on off switch and the stereo /floating panel connectors

ps apart from error car and stereo etc works perfectly
any help would be much appreciated

quick note i havent checked the fuses yet hope its as simple as that but any ideas would be much appreciated

onother quick note it isnt any of the fuses under the bonnet well any of the fuses that look like fuses anyway cheers

i have tried leaving the car with the battery disconnected for 8 hrs still no luck

Get the code read and erased by dealer.

got codes read and erased by local garage cost me 23.50 but codes are gone and i had her remapped today shes flying cheers to anyone who helped
