Dose anyone else think we should all go and get aftermarket blade type fuseholders and fit them in the left door pillar? I think that V did a shocking job of using the existing ceramic types. They were prob cheap... and I see why! Also, my Passenger often scrubs the fuse box lid off with her shoes as she struggles to get in/out of the car-arthritic knees. What a silly/dangerous place to put it!

Totally agree - the fuse box is an almighty pain. After scrabbling about in the footwell yet again, I resolved to replace the fuse box with an after market blade type. I, too, would be interested to hear any insights from someone who has done this modification.
