I am wondering how to go about taking out the cd player so I can hook up my amplifier for my subwoofers. I wanted to ask before I went about with my screw driver trying to pop off the trim around it. Has anyone done this? Do you know if the stock head unit has a remote line and rc jacks?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

try crutchfield.com and ask them if they have an instruction packet on their installs. there should be one, hopefully. good luck.
