I need help adjusting my turbo.
I heard that it is supposed to be an easy way to turn up the pressure.
I heard it can be as simple as a little adjustment on the turbocharger.
This is the standard Turbo in the 2.0l S80 2000. This is a low pressure turbo.

How much can I turn it up? And how much do I gain doing this?
Im also a little interested in knowing if this can do damage to the engine or something like that.
So how to, and how far can I go is what Im interested in knowing.
If you can show with pictures or link me a guide on how to do it I would be very pleased.

not a expert in tweeking turbo,s but I know if you increase the boost then you increase the temperature of the burn in the cylinders resulting in serious engine damage if you over do it. Also you may affect the fuel air ratio and cause emission type faults and engine damage due to a to lean mixture, engine management may have to be tweeked also to solve this. Saying all that you will be able to up the boost/power if done right.

Make sure you get sound advice from a expert before you start tinkering.

I am aware of some of the problems with tuning.. But I've been told that I can turn up the turbo and gain 200-220HK.

So what I've need to know is how to turn up the turbo pressure and how much I can turn it up without changing parts of the engine. :)

You'll need a manual boost controller to turn up the boost. there are other ways to do it, but this is the cheapest/easiest. To be honest, I don't know how much you can turn up the boost. I was asking the same exact question in a post below yours. I believe the stock boost pressure is 9.6psi. IF you want to turn up your boost, you're going to have to get some kind of engine management system in order to tweak your air-to-fuel ratios. Otherwise, say goodbye to your engine in a big hurry. Lean mixtures can be extremely lethal to a stock engine.

I'm no expert, but I know the basics about turbos and how they work and what you need to be safe. Just turning up the boost might get you some power, might not, depends on how much you turn it up. Either way, it's a really bad idea without a wideband o2 to monitor your AFR's, or another type of engine management/tuning software.

do it the correct way, chip, filters, plugs, etc. that way everything is in synq. go to ipd.com or viva.com. also try mte.com. that way you can do this in stages, not just go screwing things up and then needing a new block. save up the cash and do it all at once.

Just wondering where you got those sites at. I tried looking at all of them and they wouldn't come up. My s80 is an obd-II, which should make it impossible to "chip." Wondering if you could explain that.

ipd.com and vivaperformance.com usually, you would send in your ecu and they would send back a finished one. they have to dowload the software into yours
