Hi all,
Suddenly, my ABS seems to be on all the time. More noticeable at low speeds. And while the brakes seem to work, they do appear to be pulling to one side. I have checked the pads and calipers, all seems ok, but brake at 15mph, and it sounds and feels like the brakes are full of gravel.

Has anyone come across this before. Thanks.

Could be a split abs reluctor ring (the toothed ring that is fitted on to your driveshaft) or a high resistance in the wiring to one of your abs sensors.

Raydar was right. It was the Reluctor Ring. It wasn't split, but it did have two teeth missing. I have had it replaced by a local independent garage, and it only cost me £53. I think I got away lightly. Thanks again Raydar.
