Please, please, please help me. I've just bought a 1999 C70 2.4GT with the dreaded SC901 system. I am gonna upgrade the head unit with a Clarion 6 disc changer but my problem is the damn speakers, short of removing them i cannot find out they're sizes anywhere. There is something in the region of 9/10 speakers and I f i get the sizes then i can see about rebuildig the set up. Can you help with the sizes. Cheers

How many speakers has this got???? Can you replace the centre speaker with any aftermarket jobbie or is it just the Volvo unit?

If I remember correctly. 8s and 1s in the rear 8s and 4.5s in the doors and something like 1s in the dash. This is for a coupe not convertible.

The Dynaudio that comes with our cars are outstanding, and expensive as hell. I replaced 1 dash speaker and it cost around$170.00
