:D Purchased a new titanium silver V50 T5 AWD. What a blast to drive right off the lot. 2k miles and still having more fun every day. I did come across a story on a volvo modified V50 at last years SEMA event (SC). What modifications, both through Volvo and aftermarket, are currently available for this model? All replies invited.

If you put bigger intercooler with computer upgrade, you can easly get over 300 hp with this engine. Because, stock plastic intercooler is not enough to deliver air into the turbocharger. This engine capable to make over 400 hp without changing any internal parts. If you want to get pure power, you sould get following,

1. CPU Upgrade
2. Aluminium Larger Intercooler (Front bumper mounted)
3. K&N Air Filter
4. 3" Exhaust Pipe with Performance Muffler
