Hello all.
What is a better s60 to get... A 2004 with 30k miles, or 2005 with about 10k more (price difference is +1000 for the 05)? Also, does the 05 have the ability to integrate the iPod or Sat radio?

New to sedans so I am looking for some advice on what model year, if either, is better.

Thanks so much.

I don't think there were any major changes between 04/05. Check Edmunds or KBB. As for which is better, look at equipment, service history, condition, etc.

Bunch of topics on ipod/sat radio, try a search...

Great, thanks for the reply. Might just come down to a color choice, then.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i think there was a face lift for the 2005 models. for example, these have the exterior moldings in the car color and the outside mirrors are different, due to wind noise from the previous ones. on the inside the cup holders in the center console (in front of the armrest) have a sliding cover instead of the hinged one. and there is a piece of trim (wood, aluminium or mesh)around the radio.

Good choice. The 2005 has many very worthwhile upgrades. And it LOOKS so much nicer. Have fun.
