I have a S80 with 65,000 miles on it and I am unsure of what services should be done at this time?
also what is recommended at 100,000 miles and when should the timing belt be replaced?

Well im not sure of the 65k because i bought mine at 67 so i missed it. But the timing belt and all the goodies with it like the water pump, thermostat, and all the other goodies have to be replaced at 105,000.

Here's the service chart from Volvo:

For 67,500 mile service, really just an oil change. The 60,000 mile service was a big one, so if you didn't get everything done then, it would include:

Oil Change
Accessory Belt Replacement
Spark Plugs Replacement
Air Cleaner Replacement
Cabin Air Filter Replacement
