I came in today to have the Sirius Radio Package installed. 3 hours later I received a call fromthe Service Department, saying that since the car was not "factory" pre-wired for satellite radio, they could not install the radio. Since I only listen to satellite," you can imagine my frustration, when I was told there was absolutely nothing that they could do about it. Since the car comes with a satellite antenna, and a radio that is satellite ready, you would think that wiring it would make sense. Especially considering that the lack of a $10 (their cost) wire, prevents them from selling a $400 option. Volvo North America said that almost every S 80 is ordered with that option, unfortunately mine wasn't. In hindsight I'd wish I had been aware of the problem, as I may have chosen a car that was equipped with the wire. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this done, other than getting an aftermarket radio installed. Thanks in advance for your help. Ken
