Does anyone have an idea on where to get a manual for the VW diesel they put in the 240's in the early 80's? I just added a 1984 240 Diesel wagon to my Volvo collection and all the books on it I find say little to nothing about the diesel. Should I search the VW or Audi sights? I was under the impression the diesel was made specifically for Volvo and wasn't used in any VW family autos. Any help would be appreciated.

I did get it but he has changed his whole site since then so I don't know how reliable it is now, I downloaded it so if you can't get it let me know and I will email you a copy.

I just got my hands on a couple of '80 244 diesels, and was wondering if I could get that manual from you if you still have it. I would greatly appreciate it, as I have a lot of work to do!
