If it is anything like my sons 850 there are just a few clips holding it in. All you do is release the clips (I think his swung up or down out of the way) pop the grill out and then put in the new one. Be careful as the clips are plastic and if you are too rough with them they may break. Let us know how it turns out. Also, some before and after pics would be appreciated.

Hello jks2 and all,

The grille came yesterday HOORAY! but the instructions are in German, so not of to a good start. From what i can gather from the pictures it looks like i have to cmpletely remove the front bumper to get at the grille. Also if you are thinking of getting a grille yourself be aware that if you have fog lights and/or headlight washers both will need to be disconected to remove the bumper. I am having a go this weekend so i wil let you know how its goes, i will take some before and after pics aswell.

Wish me look

Hello, good luck with your grille, Its very easy to install it will take you less than a minute. You dont need to remove all the the bumper, just insert a small flat crewdriver between the grille and the bumper or hood frame to relaese the clips thats all. Here are some pics of mine.

From ebay "PARTPLAZA" guys. Just $ 89.00, good quality, I just added the Volvo logo from my original grille.

Hello all,

Got my grille fitted, thanks for your help :)

The instructions i got said to take the bumper off so i did, it wasn't that hard to do just a few bolts. The reason it said to take the whole thing of was to screw the bumper from the back to secure it firmly so as not to fall out. Ive got some pics in my garage if you are interested.

Cheers!
