Drives: 2004 Volvo XC90



I got into my car this morning a noticed my instrument panel gauges, power seats and a/c were not working. I checked the interior compartment fuses and located fuse# 21 was blown. As soon as I install a new one it immediately blows out. I know this is probably a short but has anyone had this similar type of problem? How do you trace back what is causing this problem?
