Hi,

My dad has a 1990 460. He has the standard radio, a VC 602, which in now faulty.

My nephew has given him an old CD player to replace the broken one but we do not know how to get the old radio out.

We also dont have any of the original handbooks to check up on either.

There are 2 holes at either side of the radio which I assume require some sort of tool to release something to allow the whoel radio to pop out of the dash.

Can anyone tell me where I can get one of these or if there is another easier way to get the radio out of the dash ?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

use a thin screwdriver and press into the holes. two pegs should pop out. then grasp them and pull gently to release the unit.
