something is wierd with my car at moment. rear window wiper and the drivers side headlamp wiper have stopped working, and currently sitting in the "up" position.
the very left dash illumination has stopped working. id say its a third of the left hand side thats stopped. even the left side of my alpine cd player has stopped lighting up.

are all these linked? im thinking possibly a fuse but which one? any help is appreciated. :thumbsup:

The only way that they could be linked is if you have a rodent knawing cables, thereby all cables have the same problem, a mouse!
If you have an AVO meter, I suggest the first thing to do is see about your wipers, turn the wipers on and see if you get any voltage through the connectors.
You say that the left hand side of your dash is not illuminating, has it been going gradually in which case it is probably the bulbs that need replacing, if they all went in one go then possibly a connector has fallen out.
As for the radio it is just unfortunate and coincidental.

as for the wiper things being linked. the reason i thought it could be a fuse was on my old car, if my rear brake light wasnt working, my wipers wouldnt work and also my interior light. replaced fuse, and all was fine. i suppose i should have a scout behind the dash for rats then. cheers. will report back :liebe011:
