Hello

Could anyone help.
I have a V40 1.9 diesel 115bhp 2001.
Last week the con rod blew a hole in my engine block.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE I WILL FIND MY ENGINE NUMBER?
Also any recommendations as to where to get a second hand engine would be appreciated.
The garage who first looked at it have told me a different number than Volvo,
and I can't find either on the engine since taking it out. HELP!

Any help would be gratefully received.
