I'm working on an 05 Volvo XC90. Here's what's going in this ride:
Kenwood DNX 7100 SAVV 7" Monitors in the headrests SAVV DVD Player JL Audio A4300 JL Audio TR 650 CSi Jl Audio TR 650 Cxi Jl Audio 10W1 Here are some pics of the sub box that's going in the right rear panel!! Let me know if you guys think I should make a mold of this box!! All you do is grind out the plastic rivets to loosen up the assembly (IMG:http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/crimper999/xc90%20build/01-25-08_1807.jpg) Then I made some MDF panels to cover all the flat spots spray glued onto the masked factory panel (IMG:http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/crimper999/xc90%20build/01-25-08_1904.jpg) Stretched fleece and taped up the hole (IMG:http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/crimper999/xc90%20build/01-27-08_1257.jpg) (IMG:http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/crimper999/xc90%20build/01-27-08_1258.jpg) (IMG:http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/crimper999/xc90%20build/01-27-08_1324.jpg) (IMG:http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c105/crimper999/xc90%20build/01-27-08_1344.jpg) That's all so far!! I'm going to grind and bondo tomorrow!! I will post more pics when it's ready for molding!! |
