Published extra urban figure is 49.6 mpg for D5 engine. Reset mpg and mph on Information centre. Then simply drive from a set point with the Speedo set at 55 mph and cruise control on, travel down a dual carriageway for approx 12-15 miles and then return back up the opposite carriageway to the starting point making a total return trip of about 30 miles. Information centre will then provide extra urban mpg. My C70 returns 51 mpg. My previous V70 D5 returned 66.5 mpg. How does your C70 D5 measure up?????

Have confirmed with dealer that the reduced mpg is due to the extra power on the new model.

I had a LPG conversion kit fitted to my C70, running costs are GREAT !
40 litres only £18 !, & the quietness of a petrol engine when top down.....
