Hi all,
Hope that soebody in the forum could help me out with this problem:
When I turn on my HU-801 stereo the display shows "Reversing Aid". After approx. 5 min the message disappears and the sound returns back.

What is the problem and why is the message "Reversing Aid" displayed? How can I solve the problem?

My guess is your car has the back-up sensor system (little back-up sensors on the rear bumper).

The sound for the reversing system is played through the rear speakers if I recall and most likely there is a problem with the back-up system, system is turned off, or something along those lines.

I'd start by making sure the button in the lower console has not been pressed, disabling the system. If that doesn't work, I'd start working from there.
