Hi - I live near Richmond in Surrey and work at High Wycombe in Bucks. Can anyone recommend a good dealer for servicing whose pricing will blow me away?!

admittedly i'd say use volvo. best for quality. i tried a service for a minimal price and now need a new engine. it costs but they know exactly what they're doing and what to use and what to replace. full service on mine is £200 plus labour but i got that knocked off pleading poverty! try it. it's amazing how main dealers will haggle for price like a back street garage. especially if you say you can't afford it after they've done it.

I now send my vehicle to Braydon Motors, from High Wycombe you'll be there in less than an hour, I know as I used to live in High Wycombe :-(
They are very reasonable and their knowledge is more impressive than that of one of the flag ship stores on Edgeware Road. Volvo sold me the wrong size filters but Braydon's just swapped them for the proper sized ones just like that.
From Richmond it'll take a little longer.

On a side note, Volvo UK head office was, I don't if it still is, just off the Marlow bypass (A404) just past Marlow, on the right, heading towards Maidenhead.
