I few month ago I got a GPS Garmin nuvi 670 unit and recently a 350 for my wife.
Since I had a GPS on a rental durring a trip in France I had to have one!
It has really become handy even if it is just to know where I am when looking for places, to found short cuts durring heavy traffic or simply to drive through unknown streets while trying to park for example.

Long story short, I made a custom Volvo S40 T5 car icon. It took me quite some time ( too much time really) but I'll be happy to share it with other garmin owners if some are intersted. I could also customise it for you but maybe in exchange for some service or tips since it took me quite a bit of time to create the different 3D views...

I have a T5 black so the icon is black

I don't have a garmin, tomtom for me, but kudos and major props for your efforts. real cool.

I wanted to post the gamin native file on the forum but the system does not accept my attachment. Can't we attach files to share? :( how about a zip file? I'll try that next...

Yes it worked! :grin:

So here it is. In the Zipped Folder are two gamin Vehicle native files.
One is simple a black S40, the other as a marker in the middle to get better reading of where the car stand in respect the road. I found it easier to see when I’m about to turn.
