Ello again. Just another quick question! :D

Before i bought my Volvo S40 1.6i Vreg year 2000 the car sadly got robbed of its factory CD/Cassette Plater. Does anyone know where i can get another one? Or does anyone know how i can get my current CD Player working properly? The reason I ask this is because basically it only reads CD's when it feels like lol

Thanks! Hope someone can help!

Best location for OEM is either a breakers or ebay. You may find that using a lens cleaner may solve your problem, however you may also find that it is due to the inclination of the CD player in the dash. Most CD players do not work well with a declination of 15 degrees which is very close to what you get in either an S or V 40.
You could find that it may be cheaper to get some other tuner/CD player, especially as the OEM does not support the increasingly popular MP3.
