Please if somebody can help me. I want to take out the control panel for air condit. because there is a fun or samothing which is doing a knoise continuily even when the car is sttoped.

I'd do a little research on this before tearing the controls apart. I read somewhere that what you are describing is normal operation. It's supposed to dry out the evaporator so that no mold develops. I can't confirm that this is true, though. My car does the same thing sometimes. It's rather disconcerting, but as long as your battery is not going dead, why worry about it?

:) What forum member..12345678.... says is correct...It usually does not happen in the winter, although summertime when you park after driving awhile, the car computer will activate the fan for this specific purpose....
Mine will come on about an hour after I park (remember this is in hot weather) and the fan will run for 5 minutes....
This really had me worried when I purchased the car....
This information should be in your owners manual..If you don't have one, you could call the service writer at your nearest Volvo dealer and they could explain it a lot better than I...Good Luck
