hi, guys. need a bit of advice. need to change rear brake pads on my 440 td si. can i use a g clamp, to push back the piston, to install the new pads, or do i free the bleed nipple first, [to let pressure off] i dont want to burst anything. [ this is my first volvo. :liebe011:

See my response to a posty a couple down the list, there is a plugged hole behing which is an allen key screw, this is the automatic adjusted for the handbrake and needs to be turned to allow the piston to be backed off, then adjusted to set the handbrake adjustment as per the instructions i posted. HTH
