Hey all it is the FNG of Volvodum again.

I am experiencing an intermitent issue with my drivers side window switch. For most of the time it works like it is supposed to either with holding it in position to raise or lower the window or pushing it down or up for the self opertion.

Every now and again you will hit the switch and the window will kind of twich but not move, then after some cursing and playing with the switch all is good again.

Has anyone had this happen to them?

Thanks,

Scott

I have a similar problem on an s60 and I think it is due to the switch wearing out. I have replaced the whole module once with a used one and it fixed the issue only to crap out again after a few months. Yesterday I put in a new used one and my driver window is working again(for a long time I hope). Please remember to turn off your radio and climate control let the car sit off for five minutes then disconnect the battery let the car sit for about 20 minutes then you can go ahead and remove the door panel and replace the driver side window module. After you have it back together remember to put the key in position II before reconnecting the battery. Hopefully that will fix the issue.
