I have a 2000 S40 and the passenger side headlamp has a broken alignment adjuster. Can this be fixed with a replacement adjuster or does the entire headlamp need replacing? This would be very expensive ($200.00+ installation) for a small plastic part.

I don't think they sell the peices to repair it.I think you are going to have to replace the entire headlight assy.
