OK I give up....

First of all I use to design and manufacture can track conveyor systems for canneries in Washington state, Canada (EH?) and Alaska.

With that said I am going to design and manufacture a Laser-cut Aluminum or Stainless steel (I have not decided yet) gauge face set for my 03 S60!

With aluminum I can anodize it to virtually any color I want!

I am going to have the dashes and numbers cut out and put a semi transparent acrylic background on it allowing for light to pass through.

If I complete this project is there a market for this?

Also there is plenty of pieces on the interior/exterior of the car that can easily be replaced with a custom laser-cut product.

Suggestions?

W/O taking mine apart does anyone know where I can get the EXACT Dia. of the faces? (MPH, RPM, Fuel, Temp)
