Drives: 2005 volvo V50 2,0 D Summum

Does anyone know if a "german" V50 is equipped with automatic levelling of the xenon lights. When I start the car, I can se no movement of the lightbeam, whatsoever.

The car is in Norway now. Can I get Volvo to fix this problem on a warranty of some sort? it is a 2005, first reg, in 2004.
