ive just purchased a all new v70 and i am having trouble connecting my phone the
bluetooth

my phone is a HTC touch phone and when i try to connect the the car it asks for the passkey but before i finish typing the passkey the pairing fails

Can anyone help please?

There is a new software in week 48 at your dealer. Please contact your dealere and try that.
In the list are more telephones from HTC available.

Hi - I have the same problem with the same car but with a Nokia N95. I have no problem inputting the code but when trying to make or receive a call the phone freezes and there is no sound. The only way out is to turn the phone off, stop the car and use it without the Volvo system! It appears to be a software problem so interesting to hear about the week 48 update - thanks.

I've just taken delivery of a V70, and it doesn't appear to have this problem with my Nokia N95. Now all I need to do is work out how to copy the contacts across, which it has no problems doing with my wife's Sony Ericsson ! :blush:
