Great to find such a dedicated volvo forum, here.

Without volvo service dept. hours from Friday evening to monday morning, was hoping you all may have a diagnosis for us. :thumbsup:

Mom's xc90 does not have xenons.

While driving, the high beams acted as though they were on a timer & shut-off. Mom was able to turn them back on, but after a short time they would again go to low beam, on their own.

Simultaneously, the center console lights would blink. Just a few times, on & off & back on again.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, all.

maybe I better look at fuses, though it doesn't seem to be that.

think there's a control unit failing?
