Newbie Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 3-November 07 Member No.: 34,293 Status: Location: Australia, Melbourne Drives: Nissan Skyline R33	Hi everyone, I test drove a 240 a few days ago and it was love at first sight. I'm currently still looking around but I've came across a few different models... Does anyone know what's the difference between the GLE and GLT? Basically, I'm looking for a 1993 240 4-door with a 5-speed manual transmission (with sunroof). Do they even exist, and how do I find out about such information? The Volvo website doesn't help, and Wikipedia isn't of much use as well.

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 17 Joined: 17-August 07 Member No.: 31,402 Status: Location: Australia Drives: 1975 244DL auto - no power anything - no air - no problems	GLE is top of the line equipment, GLT is turbo, no 5 speed - only four speed + overdrive and 4 doors stop at 1992 - only wagons in 1993. I might be wrong on all of these - but its a start. Graeme M

In the UK the GLT was just fuel injected, no turbo. GLT was also higher spec' than the GLE.
